When your body gets more alkaline it will get rid of the fat cells where it has stored the acidic waste and when it does, your will get rid of your body fat.
This is not the case when you have had a bariatric surgery. Even if you loose pounds, your body might still have lots of body fat. This is the reason why people after a surgery will have loose hanging skin on their belly and thighs. Based on my experience, I don't think you have loose skin; instead there's more fat under there to lose.
Is there a way to get rid of loose skin after a bariatric Surgery? YES! There is a way of doing it so you don't have to have a full body lift where they cut off the skin and do a body sculpture for thousands of dollars, not covered by insurance.
Our advice is, of course, start drinking alkaline water and start dieting as soon as you can after the surgery. The next thing is to start excercise. I know, doesn't sound like fun, but if you don't you will not get rid of the loose skin.
All it takes to supercharge your workout is doing some type of resistance training 20 minutes 3 times a week. Resistance training is effective at burning fat and calories, building muscle and melting inches.
The Effect of Resistance Training
The after burn and healing of the stretched muscle is what makes resistance training effective at increasing the metabolism to burn more calories and build muscles mass. For each pound of muscle you add, you will burn an additional 50 calories per day. While that might not seem like a lot, it does add up and can either allow you an extra in terms of food or condiments for the day or can be used as banked calories saved for a better weight loss effect.
The more oxygen you take in, the more fat you will burn off, regardless of the physical activity you choose.
