Drinking Alkaline tea
Is it worth drinking tea for the alkaline effect? I have tried Body Rescue for a week or so but for now it hasn't helped, or rather, I haven't noticed any effects yet. Normal tea, except maybe some herb teas, are alkaline, just as coffee is and is not recommended at all. Actually, if you keep drinking water that is alkaline, the crave for tea, coffe, sodas and snacks slowly disappear. This is said to be the result of your cravings doesn't "tell your brain what your body needs" anymore. Your body is fully content with what it gets to be healthy.
if you combine your water with our new energy drink that'll make you water highly alkaline (PH 9.9) you will have all the hydration you need.
In nature, herbs, foods, minerals, vitamins, and even plain water have chemical compositions that make them either acid, alkaline, or neutral. This fine blend of herbs is highly alkaline. Acid/Alkaline balancing was a prevalent health concept in the earlier part of the 20th century. Today's diets and lifestyles lend themselves to acidity.
The Alkaline tea is supposed to help with indigestion, and if you take it after a meal it DOES help against heart burn.
Ingredients: Freeze dried yams, parsley leaf, burdock root, chickweed, bladderwrack, buchu leave, natural apricot flavor.
One thing that would be better than buying tea that is supposed to be alkaline is to buy our PH Booster Drops and add it to your ordinary tea. It raises your water pH value to about 9.5 and would be a lot more alkaline than the tea you buy.
