Is there any food that is good for you to eat is you would like to stay alkaline? Yes, there is as long as you don't go to fast food restaurants, eat chips and cookies all day long.

Now that seems like you need to be a vegetarian, doesn't it? Forget about meat and other "great" stuff? Well, there are some that are not so bad for you, food like fish and chicken, but if you do eat some of it, you should try to get more of the alkalizing fruits and vegetables to eat. 80% alkaline and 20% acid is the way to go.
Is there a simple and fast way to alkalize your body? Most pills and wonder cures takes some time before you notice anything and they are also pretty expensive.
One of the most effective way is to start your day with a freshly squeezed lemon juice. Lemons are very acidic in nature and the high level of acidity in lemons will trigger an alkalizing response from your body. You can also eat more cucumbers and of course stay away from junk food, Coke, beer and coffee.
You can also try to make your own alkaline water. Get a container of water, add a few lemon and cucumber slices and drink it throughout the day.
